Pricing Terms for Accounting Services

• Prices do not include VAT
  All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added as applicable.

• Basic Level
  The basic pricing level includes all daily accounting services necessary to maintain financial records and ensure compliance.

• Level Adjustment
  The applicable pricing level will be reviewed and adjusted quarterly based on the complexity of your company’s activities and transaction volume.

• Custom Pricing for Larger Companies
  For businesses with a larger number of employees or transactions, pricing will be determined through a separate agreement, tailored to your needs.

• Annual Report Preparation Fee
  A separate fee equivalent to one month’s service charge applies for the preparation of the annual report.

• Definition of a Transaction
  One transaction is defined as:

  • Issuance or receipt of a tax invoice
  • Employee payroll or employment-related activities
  • Acquisition, reconstruction, write-off, or revaluation of a fixed asset
  • Cash transaction
  • Bank transaction

• Additional Services
  The following services are subject to payment by separate agreement:

  • Tax Consulting
  • Process Digitalization Consulting
  • Preparation of Accounting Policy
  • Other Accounting and Financial Services (based on individual agreement)
